Are you a hardworking and diligent individual with a keen eye for detail? We are currently seeking Packing Helper Staff to join. As a Packing Helper Staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting with packing and preparing products for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packaged and ready for delivery.
Responsibilities:
Assist in packing products following specific guidelines and instructions provided by the packing supervisor.
Ensure that products are properly wrapped, sealed, and labeled for shipment.
Inspect products for any damages or defects before packing. Report any issues to the packing supervisor for further action.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare orders for delivery or shipment according to the specified requirements.
Handle products with care to prevent damage during the packing process.
Use appropriate packaging materials to protect items from breakage or spoilage.
Keep track of packaging materials and supplies. Inform the packing supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
Keep packing materials, tools, and equipment in designated storage areas. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling products and packaging materials.
Report any safety hazards to the packing supervisor. Work closely with other packing helper staff and warehouse associates to ensure smooth packing operations and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Packing Helper or in a similar role is advantageous, not mandatory.
Strong Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods. Attention to detail and accuracy in packing products.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic proficiency in English and basic computer knowledge.
