We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries .
Research required information using available resources.
Maintain daily call targets.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter new customer information into the system .
Share customer introduction emails, forms, and applications.
Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
