As a Restaurant Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure a high level of customer service. You will play a crucial role in supervising and leading a team of staff, maintaining quality standards, and creating a positive dining experience for guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. He is also responsible to train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.And create healthy environment among staffs. Responsibilities:
Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between waitstaff and kitchen staff to minimize errors and delays.
Assist with taking orders or serving customers during busy periods.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Coordinate with suppliers and kitchen staff to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock counts.
Requirements and skills
Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory .
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality is a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff. Proficiency in restaurant operations, including food service, order management, and customer service . cash handling procedures, and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
