Customer Service Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Operate the cash register to accurately process customer transactions.

Scan and itemize products, ensuring correct pricing.

Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately.

Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.

Answer customer inquiries and address concerns professionally.

Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Bag items and assist customers with packing, if necessary.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Verify cash register balances and reconcile discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and order.

Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.

Promote loyalty programs and encourage customer sign-ups.

Adhere to cash handling procedures and security guidelines.

Uphold customer service standards and provide an excellent shopping experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service.

Strong numerical skills for accurate transaction processing.

Proficiency in operating a cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
