Email Management: Handle email communications, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as necessary.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Visitor Services: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
Team Support: Assist staff members with administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in an office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
