Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Being the face and personality of the restaurant.

Build relationship with guests.

Knowledge of local market needs.

Evaluate levels of guest satisfaction with a focus on continuous improvement.

Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality.

Evaluation and understanding of changing competitor set and trends in the market.

Optimize sales and maintain costs, identifying any areas for improvement and act.

Set achievable targets and other short- and long-term functional goals.

Provide effective leadership to the Restaurant teams to ensure targets are met.

Ensure high quality of internal communication and co-operation with kitchen.

Be responsible of H and S compliance in line with Dubai Municipality food code 2020

Maintain consistent Brand SOP in every area.

Motivate and train team members.

Respond guest feedbacks and reviews both online and in-store.

Organize and issue weekly rosters and prepare vacation plans.

Oversee daily revenue reports and logbook.
