Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot user accounts, email, and network access.
Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software.
Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and solutions.
Assist in the procurement and setup of new IT equipment.
Ensure data security and system integrity by implementing cybersecurity measures.
Train employees on the use of new technologies and software applications.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT support.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal users.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
