Role Overview:

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders or invoices.

Organize and store items in designated locations, optimizing space utilization.

Issue materials to authorized personnel upon request, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.

Coordinate with relevant departments to replenish supplies and avoid stockouts.

Implement proper storage techniques to ensure product integrity and prevent damage.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.

Prepare and submit inventory reports as required.

Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management is a plus.

Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.

Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
