As a Floor Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our business. You will be responsible for supervising and managing the activities of the floor staff to optimize productivity, customer service, and overall performance. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations on the floor, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and product replenishment.
Supervise and train floor staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and holidays.
Monitor employee performance, implementing corrective actions or recognizing exceptional achievements.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other department managers to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:
