Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests.

Provide information about products and services.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.

Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.

Collaborate with other departments for issue resolution.

Requirements:
