**Job Details:**
Position: Customer Service Representative.
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Customer Support
Salary: 4500 AED
**Key Responsibilities:**
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution.
Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
**Qualifications: **
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with customers.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
Ability to handle high-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
