Requirements:

*2 Years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience.
*Excellent organizational skills
*Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
*Greet and welcome visitors to the office.
*Answer and direct incoming phone calls
*Answer visitor inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
*Process paperwork and complete filing tasks.
