Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Provide product information and recommendations.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.

Follow company policies and guidelines for customer interactions.

Identify and escalate complex customer issues as needed.

Handle customer feedback and strive for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
