The key duties & responsibilities of this position include; Operate Kitchen Equipment with good sanitary standards. Display proper methods and stocking procedure of all utensils and items in the Food & Beverage Operations. Follow the Departmental sanitation checklist as well as daily checklist. Report on any required repairs for preventive maintenance. Ensure cleanliness of all facilities and equipment in the Food & Beverage area.
