Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials and activities.

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help or attention.

Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers when necessary.

Support students in completing assignments and projects.

Assist with classroom management, ensuring a conducive learning environment.

Supervise students during class transitions, breaks, and outdoor activities.

Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Assist with record-keeping and maintaining student files.

Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in education or a related field is an advantage.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with students is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and empathy in working with diverse learners.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to follow teacher instructions and adapt to classroom needs.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.

A genuine passion for supporting and motivating students academic growth.

Knowledge of Dubai\'S education system and regulations is advantageous.

Flexibility to work in different classrooms or grade levels as needed.
