Job Summary:

Perfect Company is seeking a highly motivated and talented Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic human resources team. As an Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organizations growth and success by implementing effective Human Resources strategies and practices. Your main responsibility will be to handle various Human Resources functions, foster a positive work environment, and support our employees professional development.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.

Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employees queries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees.

Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company-wide events.

Performance Management:

Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems to monitor employees progress and development.

Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.

Work with leadership to identify opportunities for employee growth and skill development.

Human Resources Policies and compliance:

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Assist in developing and updating Human Resources policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure Human Resources data accuracy and maintain employee records.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with managers to arrange relevant training programs.

Monitor and track employees training progress and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.

Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

Human Resources Analytics and Reporting:

Generate Human Resources -related reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Maintain Human Resources metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce and Human Resources initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as an Human Resources Executive or similar role.

Sound knowledge of Human Resources practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
