Accounting Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Maintain Aging of Receivables and Ensures that AR records are kept updated and reconciled with customer balances.

Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Analyze, book and reconcile all disbursements of the company.

Preparation and submission of VAT return and refund report.

Assist with the audit needs during the audit period.

Act as document controller of the company.

Basic Administrative Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Any other duties assigned and responsibilities assigned by Finance Manager.

Graduate of BS Accountancy

Basic Bookkeeping

Data Entry and Basic Accounting Principles.

Basic Administrative Knowledge

Proficient in MS Excel

Analytical, flexible and systematic at work.

Detailed and result oriented

Self-starter and well motivated

Can create and maintain good working relationship with a diverse group of individuals and personalities.
