Accountabilities:

Tuition/ Other Fee Charging of fees and managing fee charging report.

Collect fees and follow up on unpaid fees.

Send Invoice and reminders to parents

Provide reports on accounts receivable to the FM.

Collect fees for (Sports, After School Extracurricular activities, etc.) activities,

ASA Commission

Record Keeping Maintain student fee records.

Maintain updated record of all bounced and alert management of potential bad debts.

Maintain a log of post-dated and ensure timely deposit to the bank.

Cash Handling Disburse appropriately approved petty cash and maintain an updated account of petty cash.

Maintain reports on fee collections through online, credit card, and cash.

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedure.

Person Specification:

Education: Bachelors Degree in the related industry-related subject area.

experience:

experience of working in a school or finance-related role.

Preferably Arabic/English Bilingual speaker.

Attributes:
