Responsibilities
Efficiently manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Efficiently handle assigned administrative tasks.
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Prepare travel authorization forms for approval.
Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with machine vendors to address complaints and manage machine breakdowns.
Maintain accurate and organized filing of documents.
Ensure a tidy and organized front desk area.
Provide support with additional duties as needed.
Adhere to company QHSE policy while carrying out work.
Qualifications
Any Graduation.
Prior experience in a similar role for at least two years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Customer service-oriented mindset
Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
