Manage all new hires onboarding by sending on-boarding notice to other departments.
Supports hotel band 4-6 recruitment, under guidance of Human Resources Manager.
Post Job Requisitions on My Recruit and other e-resourcing channels.
Coordinate and support various Talent Resourcing Programs as required.
Manage hotel new hire approval process and make sure well implemented.
Build relationship with hiring managers to understand current line of business needs and future workforce plans. Supports implementation of recruiting strategies that fit business needs and budget considerations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to establish rapport, provide status updates, and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
General Human Resources Support
Support the implementation of Human Resources Initiatives to enhance overall organization effectiveness.
Take specific responsibility for elements of number of key projects as identified in the Human Resources Plan, ensuring project timelines are met.
Complete any ad-hoc project work as required.
Responsible for HRSS related transactions, to coordinate employee benefits.
Create regular reports and presentations on Human Resources metrics (e.g. Turnover rates)
Support the data collation, analysis and lead the employee Insurance.
Human Resources support throughout the employee life cycle from Onboarding to exit.
