Main duties:

Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience.

Liaising with building management/ security/ and the building reception.

Building access management (provision badges and ID passes) for staff members assisting with issuance of ID/ access passes.

Assisting in setting up in house and external events as and when required.

Hosting/Greeting/Welcoming services to building/event guests.

Understand primary responsibilities of Meeting and Events.

Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts.

Other tasks and duties as required.

Previous reception or hospitality experience would be beneficial.

Pro-active and hands on happy to support other Team members.

IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word.

Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude.

Excellent communication skills

Organizational skills and the ability to priorities a busy workload.

Confident, outgoing and approachable.
