Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai
As an Office Assistant, you will have the following responsibilities:
Office care: Organizing, maintaining the space and office supply; meeting guests; preparing tea, coffee, lunch.
Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, data entry, invoices, orders, printing etc.
Research
Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance.
Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails.
Requirements
Must be energetic
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
Accurate at work
Attentive to details, with good memory
Accommodating
Highly responsible
Should be focused on the end result and not the process Able to work well under limited supervision.
A minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience or related field.
Dubai based only, work from office.
