As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. This will include following communication Scripts, handling different topics, and acting as a liaison between our clinic and its clients. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for documentation and billing purposes.
Additional duties for this call center medical services role include: Follow Clinic Policy at all times.
Serve as front desk customer coordinator by being welcoming and inviting to the clients.
Book appointments and double confirm them.
Entering and updating client information into a client information system.
Ensuring client satisfaction and assisting them.
Handling campaigns outcome (Entering leads data, call and provide adequate information about treatments and offers, capture clients attention and book for treatment)
Handling clients enquiries and complaints by Whats App and email.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Liaise between clients and team members.
Handle clients payments and installments follow-up and reminders.
