As a Ticketing Agent you will be responsible for all cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales at the Aquaventure Waterpark. You will provide friendly and informative service about the waterpark, be familiar with attractions and facilities across the resort and upsell activities to the guests. Ticketing Agents will also monitor guests entering and exiting the ticketing plaza, whilst always maintaining a clean and safe environment.
About You
As a Ticketing Agent you will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests while representing Aquaventure as the first point of contact. You will have prior experience working under pressure within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions for ticket sales. You will be customer service focused, friendly with a willingness to always assist guests with their queries.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience handling cash and card payments. Fluency in any of the following languages is highly advantageous Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, French.
