Assist clients with opening bank accounts for their DMCC companies by recommending the right banking service provider and product based on their profile and requirements. Support with completing their application and follow up on their applications with banks to help them expedite the process.
Maintain and keep up to date the list of requirements and documents needed for bank account opening, and information about their risk appetite.
Create and maintain a fruitful relationship with the key personnel at UAE banks and identify areas of cooperation.
Attend conferences, seminars, and networking events to develop contacts, and build relationships in the banking sector.
Work alongside Product Development and Partnerships Manager to create a seamless banking account opening process for new and existing members. This will include system changes and enhancements.
Work with UAE banks and internal DMCC team members on creating offers, promotions and attractive value proposition related to banking services.
Keep track of all banking applications and ask for bank updates on the status. Always maintain such reports to be accessed to analyze the overall performance of the banks.
Bachelors Degree level.
1 To 2 years experience in sales or accounts management in a local bank with a proven successful track-record.
High level of computer literacy; and knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, CRM systems)
