We are Looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team.
Job Description / Role
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Understand patients needs and book appointment accordingly.
Reschedule and organize patients appointments according to doctors availability.
Contact patients for promotional campaigns.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and reminders.
Follow call quality standards and process guidelines in all activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY Call Centre. And a minimum of 2 years total call Centre experience.
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) (English).
