1 To 2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience in salary transfer accounts/multi products/employee banking is mandatory.

Excellent sales performance record in Cross selling of accounts, sharia complaint financing, credit cards through acquisition of payroll relationships with employers across UAE.

Promote and update customers about Emirates Islamic Payroll proposition and actively outline our unique products and services features and benefits.

Achieve cross selling referrals target of non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.

Regular visits and interaction with portfolio companies to ensure customer/ key contacts satisfaction with the services provided by the bank.

Create and build customer awareness on new products and services by visiting customers at their workplace (face to face meeting), sending our offers via e-mailers, conducting marketing/ promotions events / activities etc to identify business opportunities and acquire new relationships for Emirates Islamic Bank.

Manage key accounts and relationships to ensure superior services and customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Good knowledge of UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.

Can achieve aggressive sales targets.
