Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibility

Conducting online market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

Analyzing data from various sources and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Creating reports and presentations based on research findings to inform business decisions.

Monitoring and tracking industry news and events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.

Developing and maintaining databases of research findings, market data, and competitor analysis.

Conducting surveys and polls to gather customer feedback and insights.

Providing recommendations and insights to stakeholders based on research findings.

Requirements:

High school diploma, or related field

Proven experience in online market research, including data analysis and report writing.

Proficient in the use of online research tools and databases.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodology.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
