Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Expins services and generate interest.
Utilize provided Scripts and sales techniques to effectively engage potential customers and gauge their needs.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve and exceed performance targets for call volume, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and sales techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends.
