Urgently Required Senior Project Engineer Dubai (UAE)

experience : Minimum 5 + Years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer.

Requirements :

- Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work.

- Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.

- Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors.

- Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers.

- Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.

- Developing and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activities.

- Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project.

- Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

- Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner.

- Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules.

- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.

- experience with subcontractor management.
