Customer Service Executive Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a Customer Service staff to ensure proper workflow on daily purchase orders instructions.

Collecting daily Purchase Orders from Customers and Consolidate daily Purchase Orders.

Request with Inventory Team on Stock Update.

Assist in Creating System Purchase Order

Assist stock updating with Inventory Team.

Punching Of sales Order in System

Assist with Credit Controller/Accounts to Release the Sales Order.

Generating Factory and Processing Invoice for Chilled and Frozen.

Sorting Of all invoices and segregate based on Delivery Location.

Enter daily Quantity in SAP System, ERP and verify Production Yield.

Preparing and sorting documents for data entr.

Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete document.

Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and long hours and at working environments (lower temperature 15 Degree when required.

Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.

About the requirements

experience in PO Creation , Data Entry Food Processing, Microsoft Excel ,Tally etc.

Basic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage.
