Medical Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and providing excellent customer service.

Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with healthcare providers to manage their calendars.

Register patients and verify their information, including insurance coverage, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage patient records, including updating personal and medical information, scanning and filing documents, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Answer phone calls, triage inquiries, and route calls to appropriate personnel as needed.

Provide information to patients and visitors regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.

Collect and process payments for services rendered, including co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in medical office administration or related field preferred.

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and HIPAA regulations.

Proficient in using computer systems, electronic health records (EHR), and scheduling software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
