We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support our building material trading Company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. As a Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company by providing administrative support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including answering and directing phone calls, managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Coordinate documents arrangements and manage expense reports.
Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of documents related to import/export and shipping operations.
Maintain an accurate record of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory and keeping the office always in neat looking.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant. Working in previous material trading company shall be an advantage.
