As a Cashier, you will be an ambassador of Loewe, and will strive to display ownership and accountability for your area of pride by handling cash/card payments, handling client data, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions while continuously ensuring compliance with all Loewe policies, procedures and standards.
General duties and responsibilities
Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and excite and instil passion and pride for the brand.
Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
Lead by example in demonstrating role model behaviour.
Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey.
Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand.
Process the sale in a confident and professional manner whilst maintaining the relationship with the client.
Gather and collate the clients CRM details to maintain the relationship.
Ensure that the point of sale process is effective and efficient, providing an accurate and smooth process every time.
Actively drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in in store training, updating yourself on all product lines and searching out relevant information on products.
Have full ownership of cash/card handling and client data procedures, grey parallel market and data collection.
Monitor the balance sheet and aim for no payment discrepancies by ensuring deposits, exports and potential outstanding payments are followed up.
Ensure no crossovers, inversions and losses occur.
Manage the queue system for payments and organize the clients accordingly.
