Organizing Human Resources Department projects.

Organizing performance goal setting for all KHDA Sectors and following up.

Handling internal transfer Operation, changing Job titles.

Updating employees Job Description and Submitting KHDA Jobs through DGHR Job Evaluation Platform.

Coordinating Job offers and drafting employment contract.
