Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing presentation drawings, coordination with RCP, Architectural and Structural.

Preparing design drawings and details (single-line, schematic and isometric drawings)

Maintain a master list of all drawings including revision numbers approval status of drawings.

Custodian of hard and soft copies of drawings.

Preparing As built drawings and check as built drawings submitted by the Contractor.

Assist Project Team in preparation of drawings/details related to Variations, Request for Information etc.

Preparing load distribution schedule

Other skills

Excellent communication skills both, written and oral.

Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Computer literate

Team player

Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.

Able to function in a fast paced environment.

Education and experience

Diploma in MEP (Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equal)

Diploma in AutoCAD/ REVIT and any other drafting software.

Good command in MEP drafting and coordination.

Good command in English (written and spoken)

5 Years total experience including a minimum 3 years UAE experience.

experience working for a consultant is an advantage.
