Calendar / Schedule and Co-ordination

Maintaining daily calendar / schedule / appointments.

Coordination with internal and external stake-holders.

Maintain corporate activity / works tracker.

Follow-up / line-up meetings.

Attend meetings, noting and circulate minutes.

Finance / Accounts / Banking

Handle petty cash expenses.

Handling corporate Credit Cards, monitoring expenses.

On-time statements analysis and ensuing timely payments.

Assist in banking transactions / works.

Corporate Tie-Up(s) / Membership(s) / Booking(s)

Relationship maintenance with existing tie-ups.

Explore new relationships / memberships as required.

Keep memberships up-to-date, timely renewal (if applicable).

Booking of services as-and-when required.

Travel Arrangement(s)

Maintain travel check-list, destination-specific travel rules.

Ticketing, Visa, Car and Hotel Reservation, travel insurances.

Destination-specific health check-ups, tests, medicines arrangement.

Ensuring proper condition of cars, fuel, driver, statutory etc.

Medical Assistants

Keep track of periodic health check-ups.

Arrangement / appointment with doctors / medical facilities.

Medical history / documents safe-keeping.

Regular medicines stock and refills.

Documents Management

Proper filing / segregation of documents.

Timely renewal of documents (passport, visa, residence status etc.)

Printing and stationery, gadgets and tools handling.
