Call Center Agent Vacancy in Dubai

We currently looking for an experienced and talented Call Center Agent for a reputed Gas manufacturing company.

Only applicants with similar experience will be considered an application that does not match the criteria will not be considered.

Job Type: Permanent

Availability: Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying customer needs and providing the solutions.

Manage large amount of incoming and outgoing calls.

Build sustainable relationship with customers.

Deal with confused or irritated customers and having patience and staying polite, even in stressful situations is helpful.

Manage and update customer database.

Make sales recommendations for product or services that may better suit client.

Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with our products and services and building a healthy working relationship.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Preferred 2-3 years minimum experience in call center.

Must have good command of conversational English, Hindi.

Must be flexible and drive
