Ensuring pricing is correct
Issuing change, receipts, or refunds for customers.
Keeping reports of transactions
Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Resolving customer enquiries, guiding them, and providing relevant information.
Maintaining clean and tidy checkout areas.
Answering customers questions and get a manager if the answer doesnt solve the issue.
Making sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.

Requirements
To join our team you will have:
A Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting is preferred.
Recent experience working in a similar role handling customer cash payments and card transactions.
Knowledge of electronic equipment such as a cash register and POS.
Excellent Customer Services skills
Strong Microsoft Office IT skills particularly Excel.
