Customer Service Executive Vacancy in Dubai

Manage all on-site repair, maintenance, repairs and testing tasks to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.

Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.

Identify the accurate parts required based on catalogues and diagrams to resolve the problem and avoid it from happening in the future.

Source parts locally when and if required, get quotations with the best market price.

Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings about usage preventative maintenance.

Attend complaints on weekday/weekends and arranges priorities based on clients kitchen operations.

Call the customer for the visiting appointment time.

Attend the customer service calls, diagnose and repair as per the symptoms cure guidelines.

Provide basic maintenance care and tips to lengthen the life of customer appliances.

Prepare of report in the worksheet and obtaining of signature from customer, accomplishment report and to be submitted to the Technical supervisor, uses an application to take picture before and after the repair, request parts and marks the work as completed.

Prepare of cash collection remittance sheet and submit the cash to supervisor.

Assist of delivery and installation, project and workshop repair when it is needed.

Maintain of tools and vehicles being issued by the company.

Collect and delivery of appliances from the dealers, showrooms or from customer (if any).

Coordinate with the supervisor for any issue arises while in duty in order to avoid delays of attending service calls.

Attend any other task given by the supervisor from time to time.

Participate in product training provided by the company the enhance the knowledge.

Company with MHAO and RTA safety laws while driving the vehicle.
