Responsibilities:
*You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.
* Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company. To another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
* Answer questions about the company
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
* Update customer information in the database.
* See to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements.
* Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
* Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.
*Strong and professional convincing skills.
*Excellent English communication and interpersonal.
