Job Description:

Responsible for answering and addressing customer queries through calls and chat.

Should be able analyze customer requirements and proactively make decisions.

Should be able to multi-task.

Good decision-making skills

Good proficiency in english Written and Verbal.

Flexible to work on a shift schedule (6 days a week).

Should be able to use MS applications Excel (advanced skills), Teams, etc.

Should have some basic experience in a customer support role.
