Reservation And Ticketing Agent Vacancy in Dubai

Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus and Sabre)

To Issue, Reissue, Cancel and claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS.

Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.

Must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing.

Responsible for FIT and Groups reservation and Ticketing.

Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings wherever required.

To liaise with the Airline on any special request like extra seats and other requirements.

Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.

Good Geographical Knowledge i.e, City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.

Minimum 4 Years of Hands-on experience in International Ticketing.

Know to find the best available airfare requested by the client Good stability background.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willing to work 247 and Ability to perform under Pressure.
