Minimum 5 years of experience working in a plastic manufacturing company as a Production Foreman/Production Supervisor.
Must have experience PVC Injection Molding / PVC pipes / PPR.
Must have strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Must have experience with production schedules and inventory control.
Must have combination of technical knowledge, planning and leadership skills.
Must have good Microsoft Office skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic products.
Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery.
Coordinate and monitor flow of activities between related departments production.
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Set up machines and equipment
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain budget and financial records according to company policies.
Proofread company documents before printing and releasing.
Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions.
