He candidates should be able to handle in operations, reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support. He/She also handles tour assignments. He/She has overall control over day-to-day operations. He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
Ensuring that all requests are processed within specified time schedule.
Managing calls from clients in travel and responding to any questions or concerns effectively.
Maintaining good relationships with partners and ensuring suppliers provide services in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
