Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures.
Proactively make suggestions for improvement to existing IT Department procedures to enhance operations, productivity, end-user satisfaction, reduce risks and get more value from the company\'s IT investments.
Be a voice of IT and ensure efficient support in a friendly manner is received for all internal and external users as well as suppliers, partners and vendors.
Maintain and consistently demonstrate a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree in Computer Science or BCA or MCA or MTech. Or equivalent (BCA or MCA)
3 To 5 years prior relevant experience within IT Help Desk support role.
Hands-on experience in serving as IT Help Desk Team Member.
