Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote sales Achieve sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company\'s products and services to effectively promote and sell them.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to identify and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
