A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include doing monthly inventory ,managing operation staff, overseeing dispatch. Motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff. Also known as a store supervisor.

Job responsibility
Conduct Radom and monthly inventory checking to ensure the actual stock is in compliance with ERP system.
Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Conducting inbound and outbound effectively.(make sure store cargo in an tidy and right way, knowing how to conduct zone/partition management )
Ob requirements
1. College degree or above, Fruit and vegetable relates store management experience at least two years.
2. Possess strong data analysis and execution abilities;
3.Possess good English communication skills, language expression skills, as well as environmental adaptability and stress resistance;
