We are urgently looking for a responsible Human Resources Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Human Resources Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company\'s general administrative activities.
Respond to internal Human Resources -related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Redirect Human Resources -related emails or correspondence to the appropriate person on the team.
Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Schedule meetings, interviews, Human Resources events, etc, and maintain the teams agenda.
Support other functions as assigned
