Guest Relation Officer Vacancy in Dubai

Job Responsibility:

On site meet and assist services for Guests checking into the company\'s managed properties.

Review Check-in lists daily to welcome guests.

Assistance on all guest inquiries needs and concerns.

Liaising with different company departments in order to address any service requirements.

Address customer complaints and escalate to operations manager when needed.

Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Stay in touch with the guest from check-in to checkout.

Requirements: (Freshers can apply )

A minimum experience in recognized hotel or hospitality front office services.

Can display strong local knowledge, including knowledge of areas of interest, local events and attractions, as well as be able to promote company\'s value added services.

Friendly personality that is socially engaging, but can also deal with high pressure and high guest expectations.

Self-motivated individual that can devise solutions, and improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Highly responsive and committed attitude

Highly developed communication skills, including verbal and written.

Strong proficiency in English and basic Arabic knowledge.
